Before source material is shared, we agree who can access it, which production providers will process it, its permitted uses, retention and deletion terms. Source recordings are treated as private production material; using them in a public sample or portfolio needs separate explicit permission. Reuse stays within the agreed rights and scope, with revisions and any further capture agreed as needed.
