Acceptable Use Policy

Who may use the services

Ambic services are intended for businesses and adults aged 18 or older. You must have authority to act for the business account you create or use. Access may be refused, limited or withdrawn where identity, authority, payment or lawful purpose cannot be reasonably verified.

Rights you must have

You may upload, process, print or generate content only when you own it or have all permissions required from the owner, photographer, designer, trademark owner and any identifiable person. You remain responsible for product claims, labels, prices, instructions and regulatory information supplied for processing.

Prohibited uses

• Impersonation, fraud, phishing, forged records, fake endorsements or deceptive synthetic media.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, exploitation, harassment or threats.
• Uploading identity documents, payment credentials, bank secrets or sensitive personal data unless an expressly agreed workflow requires and protects it.
• Malware, automated abuse, scraping, credential sharing, rate-limit evasion or attempts to probe another customer’s data.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights.
• Using generated output as evidence of a real event, person, product capability or endorsement when it is not authentic.
• Weapons, illegal goods, regulated claims or unlawful advertising without all required approvals.

Enforcement

Ambic may block a request, remove or preserve content, suspend access, terminate an account and cooperate with a lawful authority where reasonably necessary. Where practicable, affected users will receive a reason and a route to challenge an error. Serious safety, security or legal risks may require immediate action without advance notice.

Reporting misuse

Report suspected misuse to ambicdigital@gmail.com with the relevant URL, account or job reference and enough information to investigate. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.
