Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before purchasing

The price, scope, included revisions, delivery assumptions and any non-refundable third-party cost will be shown in an order, proposal or checkout before payment. Ambic does not currently operate automatic public SaaS subscriptions. No recurring charge will begin without an explicit order and cancellation terms.

Custom services and milestones

A booking amount or advance reserves capacity and funds discovery or initial work. Before work begins, a cancellation is refundable after deducting disclosed payment-processing fees and committed third-party costs. Once a milestone has started, payment for completed work and non-cancellable costs is not refundable; any unstarted balance will be returned. Accepted milestones are not refundable merely because business results differ from expectations.

Digital image processing and credits

A failed job that produces no downloadable result should return the consumed service credit or be rerun without an additional processing charge. A technically completed result remains subject to the included revision or fidelity-review process. Unused prepaid credits may be refunded within the period stated at purchase unless they were promotional, expired or bundled with work already delivered.

Photography and onsite work

Travel, equipment, location and crew commitments may become non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling is subject to availability and costs already incurred. Weather, access restrictions, unsafe conditions, unavailable products or client delay may change the schedule or cost. The engagement-specific work order controls where it is more favourable or more specific.

Defective or misdescribed service

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights. If a paid service is materially defective or materially different from the agreed scope, contact Ambic promptly with evidence. Ambic will reasonably investigate and may correct, reperform, credit or refund the affected portion as appropriate.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email ambicdigital@gmail.com from the purchasing address with the order reference, reason and requested remedy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable; bank and payment-provider processing times are outside Ambic’s control.
