Business Intelligence & Analytics Consulting in Mumbai — decisions from numbers, not memory.
Business intelligence for Mumbai businesses that run on Tally, Excel and WhatsApp — real dashboards from your actual data, delivered as reports people actually open.
Why reporting fails
Four patterns behind every "we have data but no insight" conversation.
Nobody knows yesterday's number today
Sales, collections and stock positions arrive days late, assembled by hand. We automate the pipeline so the current picture exists every morning without anyone building it.
Reports exist but decisions don't use them
A folder of exports nobody opens. We start from the decisions you actually make — reorder, discount, extend credit, hire — and build the smallest report that informs each one.
The data is scattered and nobody trusts it
Billing says one thing, the spreadsheet another, WhatsApp a third. Reconciliation comes before dashboards: one agreed source per number, then everything else derives from it.
BI tools were bought, not adopted
Licences for a dashboard platform, one person who can half-use it. We build on tools your team already knows where possible, and hand over documentation when we do introduce something new.
What gets delivered
Reports tied to decisions, not to vanity.
Every deliverable answers a question someone actually asks on Monday morning. If no decision hangs on a metric, it stays off the dashboard.
Who this fits
Trading and distribution firms across Masjid Bander and Kalbadevi, manufacturers through the Thane-Bhiwandi belt and Boisar MIDC, retail chains in Mira Road and Vasai-Virar managing multiple counters, and e-commerce sellers around Andheri and Bhiwandi reconciling marketplace payouts. On-site discovery across the metro region; delivery mostly remote.
Common questions
We are a 15-person business — is BI overkill?
Full enterprise BI platforms, yes. But knowing yesterday's sales, this month's slow movers and who owes you what past 60 days is not overkill at any size — it is how you avoid the cash-flow surprises that sink small businesses. The tooling scales down; the discipline does not.
Our data lives in Tally / Excel / busy software. Can you work with that?
Yes — that is the normal starting point, not an obstacle. Most engagements begin by extracting from whatever already records your transactions (Tally, Busy, Marg, custom billing) and spreadsheets, then automating the flow into dashboards.
What does a dashboard engagement cost?
Scoped by the number of sources and metrics, not by company size. A first dashboard set on one or two data sources is a focused engagement; multi-source reconciliation costs more because the cleanup is real work. Every proposal names the decisions the reports support.
Will we need to learn a new tool?
Wherever possible the output lands in things you already open — email summaries, shared spreadsheets, a simple web page. When a proper BI tool is justified, handover includes training and written guides.
Name the three numbers you wish you had every morning.
That list is the starting brief. We will tell you what stands between you and those numbers being automatic.
