Rights, Takedown & Complaints Policy
A practical route for privacy, copyright, impersonation, security and service complaints.
What you can report
- Copyright or trademark infringement.
- Unauthorised use of a face, voice, identity or private information.
- Misleading synthetic media or impersonation.
- Security concerns or suspected account compromise.
- Service, billing, privacy, deletion or accessibility complaints.
Information needed
Send the complaint to ambicdigital@gmail.com. Include your name and contact details, the content or job concerned, the right or policy involved, supporting evidence, the action requested and a statement that the information supplied is accurate. Provide authority if acting for another person. Do not send excessive identity material; Ambic will request further verification only when necessary.
Review and action
Ambic will acknowledge and assess a sufficiently detailed complaint, preserve relevant evidence where required, and may restrict access while investigating. Responses may include removal, correction, account action, restoration after a successful counter-notice, or refusal with reasons. Statutory and emergency timelines override ordinary response targets.
The target for ordinary grievances is seven days. Urgent impersonation, intimate-image, security or lawful government notices are handled under the faster timeframe required by applicable law and the circumstances.
Counter-notice
A user whose content is restricted may provide evidence of ownership, consent, licence, lawful use or mistaken identification. Ambic may share the minimum necessary information between parties or authorities where legally permitted and reasonably required to resolve the matter.
