SmartQR Product Schedule
Product-specific responsibilities and limitations for document-to-print workflows.
Current availability
SmartQR is controlled-pilot software, not an unattended public SaaS service. Public setup, managed storage, recovery, billing, installer signing and abuse-control gates must be completed before general commercial onboarding.
Customer responsibilities
- Obtain permission to collect and print every document and social handle used in the workflow.
- Configure an appropriate deletion window and communicate it to visitors and staff.
- Secure the printer, Windows agent, tenant keys, local network and physical output tray.
- Verify crops, orientation, ID layouts and print quantity before relying on output.
- Do not use SmartQR for forged identification, unlawful surveillance or highly sensitive documents without an expressly designed deployment.
Operational limitations
Printing depends on browsers, networks, operating systems, drivers, paper, ink, printer state and local agent availability. Automatic detection and cropping may require correction. Job status is operational evidence, not proof that the intended person received a legally valid document.
Data handling
Print files should be held only long enough to complete and, where authorised, retry a job. Tenant administrators control the deployment’s operational settings and must not represent temporary print storage as an archival service.
